I am an insatiably curious anthropology professor--specialty is archaeology--interested in themes that arch across many specialties (e.g., climate change; human-ecosystem dynamics; cultural heritage and quality of life; energy development). Technologically-challenged, however. Looking for ways to freshen up databases; and make it less about "feeding the beast" and more about the beast feeding the rest of us.
